Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on the same day will incur a full charge. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a charge of 50% will apply. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a late fee of $20. Should the arrival exceed 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and a full charge will be applied. It is essential to communicate any changes as early as possible to avoid these fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
